Default Re: pls help me im desperate????

I'm kind of new here and i do not even have a receiver.

However, what i have read about and how it works, it is kind of easy.

You must first get a satelite receiver that supports ccam. Although many receiver are by default running linux, which means do support ccam.

This other part, i cannot guide you through it, because i do not have the receiver my self.

What you need to do is connect to your receiver using "ssh" using for example putty and search for the directory where you can put the ccam.cfg.

The ccam.cfg must contain so called "clines". It is simply the dns/ip -- port -- username -- password.

After putting those in it and saved the files you then have to reboot your receiver. You then are able to watch channels that the codes of those are being received from the server (cline) that you have put in the ccam.cfg.

This is just being general to give you a global picture howit works and how i have understood it.
